At Itiyaadi, we do not offer refunds except in rare and exceptional cases. In case of a return due to a genuine manufacturing defect or an incorrect product being provided, we will gladly exchange your product and offer a fresh piece. If, in the rare instance, we are unable to do so, a refund will be issued.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at contactitiyaadi@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the defective or incorrect product. Once we review and approve your refund request, you will need to return the product to us for verification.
Once your return request is approved by us and we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be credited directly to your original bank account or payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
